I *was* actually having a pretty good day today... But then we went shopping so I could find a nice dress for my parents' 30th anniversary party later this month... and I had a hell of a time trying to find anything suitable. I don't even like shopping for clothes in the first place. Can't they make nice, stylish dresses that are modest?! I'm not J-Ho -- I mean, J-Lo!!! I can't wear these low-neckline things because then everyone will have to look at the acne scars on my chest. I don't like them anyway...

But eventually I found a nice black and white sleeveless dress with a rayon-linen shirt-jacket over it. Really cute! Tried it on and lo and behold, it fit me!

And then just now, I was trying to update my website, but something went wrong and first the browser, then the computer froze. I managed to restart the machine at least... I think the spyware blocker is somehow clashing with the Tripod site editor. I may have to tinker with it.
